Anyway had a meeting with my advisor today. I was dreading it. Thought I was getting reamed out for being behind since lately I constantly feel behind, instead I got "I see no reason that with one more good field season you couldn't be ready to graduate."
Weeeeeeee. I'm starting my third year as a phd student, hoping to have baby #1 next winter. This would mean most of my data really would be collected before said baby would be born. All I'd have left to do is write to finish my degree. Its still 2 years but god its nice to see an end in sight.
Sigh, ok. I'll try to level off my ethusiasm and return to wedding related chatter.
