Bridesmaid dresses

I am headed out with all 4 of my bridesmaids tomorrow to pick dresses for them. I am soooo excited!!!!    I am going to let them pick what style looks and feels best for them as long as its the same length and the same color!!!!!! Any one else doing that??

Good luck with the hunt. I told mine to find dresses in black that they felt comfortable with and they actually all picked the same dress, which was fine with me. I just want them to feel beautiful in their dresses, so they can enjoy the day.

I also told my girls that they could pick whatever dress that wanted that was satin and floor length.  Two out of three have chosen the same dress and I am pretty sure the third will pick the same one as well.

The trick is to give them SOME kind of guidline (colour, length, material) so they still feel that they have picked a dress that they like, but you are able to reign them in. If you just say "pick whatever you want" with no guidelines, you will set yourself up for failure. Although for those of you who didn't give any guidelines, and ended up with all your BMs picking the same dress, you are very fortunate!

What a fun day!!!!!!! My girls and I headed out this morning to find dresses, and we did just that!!!! I told them they could each pick the dress that worked for them but as it turned out  my 3 bridesmaids picked the same dress and then my matron of honor found one similar but just a tad different. Everyone is happy and they all look awesome!!!!!!
