NWR - niece story :)

My sister and 6 year old niece took us to the mall Saturday. My niece will be my FG, she is a doll. She is a very opinionated young lady! My sister was laughing that every time they shop, she asks if she wants to pierce her ears. The reply is always "NO, Mom! I don't know why you keep asking me that!". I thought that incredibly amusing, but not as much as when we sat down to lunch and my niece announced. "I would like to do that today". She pierced her ears! She picked out little pink flowers in white gold (She is very sensitive, so my sister was willing to pay more for the gold!), and hopped in the chair - no tears, no hesitation - but a huge smile when she saw the results! For years, I worked 2-4 jobs, and gave up my house to reduce it to one job about 15 months ago. THIS is a bit part of what I gained. I was there the day my niece pierced her ears! Aunt Mendi is one happy Aunt!
