So, I just can't seem to get motivated to get on the phone and start confirming with vendors/setting up finally planning meetings. I really hate calling people so that's probably a big part of the issue. blah.

    Me too. It''s essentially all I have left, except for making the escort cards, but I can't do that until I have all of our RSVPs back. For some reason, it just seems way more daunting than the many DIY projects that I did.

    I hate calling people (vendors, etc.) too: can you ask your fiance to make some of the calls?
