It's been awhile since I've been on here... been on vacation and tried to relax some. I have sent out invites and getting responses back. I'm heading to Niagara Falls next week to settle a few things (hair and make-up trial, RD menu). Started getting the candy and have the jars for the candy bar. Also we did engagement photos and got most of the images before we left for vacation! :-)
Drama 1: I found out that the location of the ceremony will be under construction as of September 4th (we chose Luna Island at the Niagara Falls St Park). We chose a different section of the park (Terrapin Point by Horseshoe Falls).
Drama 2: While on vacation, there was some drama involving my FSIL (my brother's FI). She tried to make everything about her (was throwing tantrums and got offended at the drop of a hat). So it was rather stressful instead of relaxing. One time my niece (my FG) was napping, woke up and my FI waved and started talking to her, FSIL got mad at him for talking to her! Both of us left.... We were furious that she's been doing stuff all week and I was about to lose it on her! I'm hoping that she doesn't do it the weekend of the wedding since it's not about her....
Thanks for letting me get all of it out and off my chest since I couldn't get the wifi to work on vacation.
