Argh! Vent

We sent out our save-the-dates this week (our wedding party stuffed, sealed, and stamped them all for us) and my mom just called to tell me she got an empty envelope in the mail! We counted the left-overs and it looks like we may have sent out 5 empty envelopes. The return address stamp doesn't say our last names, so I'm super worried they went to distant relatives who won't know who it's from to let us know what happened.


Maybe someday I'll think it's funny?

If its a distant relative or someone who doesn't know who you are.... Don't worry about it they will all get a formal invitation! Save the dates aren't required so it's not a big deal if a few people didn't get them... Just be more careful with the actual invites:)

I wouldn't worry about it, if someone calls, then you can always send a new one out if you would like. Otherwise, they will all get formal invites soon enough.

Holy moly. I would definitely feeling the same way you are right now, very frustrated. But as PP said, they will get the real invite...and I would stuff the envelopes yourself! Sorry to hear about this.
