What does everyone have going on this weekend?  WR and NWR!

Tomorrow, food shopping and then a home depot trip to start pricing things for our kitchen renovation! Woo!

Sunday....not much. FI is working 11 hours of overtime (yay $!) and I'll probably being cooking meals for the week and doing homework.

Tonight I really need to run, I have my 5K in 2 weeks!

Sat - cleaning and whatnot... I'm on an organizing kick.  I just invited the family over to watch the UNC vs Duke game, so we will see what happens.

Sun - might go to the mall with my mom.  We found a dress for my future step daughter for the wedding and I think we are going to get it.  SUPER cute at JC Penny's for $40!  It's from their American Princess collection.  Beats the $120 DB wanted.  I'm also in search for a flower for my hair for the wedding.  I found one on Etsy, but I feel like we can make it.

Well tonight (right before our spring break...) we're supposed to get like 6-12 inches of snow...so it's a relaxing night in!!

Tomorrow is FI's birthday so we're going to a German restaurant in Milwaukee that he's always wanted to try and then probably drinks with his friends.

Next week is spring break so I have all kinds of WR things to do.

WR - I have to go start the red wine we're making for the wedding. The store we went with does "co-op" batches and they offere one red and one white every week. It knocks about 20% off the price of doing it just on your own. We started our white a few weeks ago but wanted a merlot for the red which is offered this week.

NWR - We're having a surprise 70th birthday party for my dad and afterwards I'm meeting up with friends for drinks. I also have to get my oil changed but that's pretty boring.

WR - Going to attempt to make a rag rug to stand on during the ceremony, since the botanical center has just a concrete floor. Gotta spruce it up somehow. Also going to try to figure out the budget so we can decide our timeline for buying/renting a new place (currently living with FMIL & FFIL).  The fabric I ordered should arrive on Monday, so after that I should be able to start making the pillows for the benches.

NWR - LAUNDRY. Oh boy, so much laundry to do. And I guess I should do some homework...I've been slacking big time.

Saturday I'm going to be a big nerd and go to a local gaming convention with a bunch of my friends. I'm kind of excited because two of our bridesmaids and two of our groomsmen will be meeting for the first time! Sunday I have a florist appointment, and my MOH might be coming out to visit as well. That's still up in the air, but she's moving to California in a few weeks so she and I definitely want to get some WR stuff accomplished together before she leaves.

It's been a week from hell and I'm so excited that it's almost over!!  It's one of my BM's 40th birthday today so there are four of us girls heading to NYC for the weekend.  Things are really busy at work so it's not the best weekend to be taking off, but oh well.  I'm very much looking forward to a girls' night out in the city!

I'm working 8 hours tonight, and 12 hours Saturday and Sunday...and I have CPR renewal today for 4 hours. I'm jealous of everyone who has a normal M-F job!!

WR - Probably talking to my FIL's about plans for the wedding but that's it really.

NWR - Going to FMILs for the day tomorrow and Sunday we have FI's god-daughters 5th b-day party.  Plus we have to go grocery shopping.

Tonight we are going to the grocery store and getting the rest of the things for my birthday party tomorrow.  Then, we will come home and bake a cheesecake, cupcakes, and make a tiramisu for the party.  Oh, and I want to finish laundry and cleaning the house.  My FMIL is also supposed to come in from Dallas tonight for the weekend.

Saturday, we will hopefully have everything done and we can go to the gym in the morning.  My future step-daughter has a soccer game at 3, so we'll go to that then come back home and start getting things ready for the party.  Everyone will be over at 7 and we are expecting around 25 people to come, so it's gonna be a great time!

Sunday, I'm hoping to not be too hung over to clean up the house.  We don't have any set plans so should be a pretty chill day.

WR- Tomorrow I have an appt. to try my dress on again, yay! and for my MOH (sister) to find a BM dress she likes so then I can get the info out to all the other girls in the WP=)

NWR- Im currently waiting for the plumber who should have been here 29 min ago, annoying! no one said buying a brand new house didnt come with problems! In the mean time i'm doing laundry, making chicken soup, and doing the prep work to make empanadas. I would like to find time to go for a run or something since ill have a busy weekend...but this plumber is ruining my day!
Tomorrow night I have a girls night, mexican themed hence the empanadas, then Sunday my sister and I are cooking dinner for my mom, her birthday is on Monday...if there is time, maybe the grocery store beforehand or after....

FI left just a little bit agi headed to NC for his cousins bachelor weekend so its just me and the dog all weekend...I work today 1 to 10 and tomorrow 10am to 630. He'll be home sometime Sunday....

Tonight we're taking it easy but I'm SO excited for Saturday because we're going to a huge St. Patty's day bar hopping thing called Lepre-Con in New Jersey. All my friends are dressing up and going.. we did something similar last year and it was an absolute blast I can't wait!
Sunday FI has a fundraiser/Polar Bear Plunge that I'm going to (can't wait to see him freak out at the cold water haha)

We're skipping any WR plans because we just wont have the time this weekend- but I'm ok with that

WR: I'm having breakfast with my best friend/BM, then we're going shopping with my mom for The Dress! I'm so excited! We have some other things to do: research florists, reserve a block of rooms at the hotel(s), decide on the food we want to try at our tasting, and narrow down stationary options. We're behind on some wedding stuff and ahead of the game on the rest. We'll get there!

NWR: Checking out the Dance Marathon event at Northwestern University (FI participated a few times as an undergrad and has been dying to show me); dinner with friends on Saturday.

Tonight- looking at a new phone for me, dinner, and grocery shopping...then home to bake cupcakes and make icing for a demo I have to do tomorrow at Michaels

Saturday- Get together with some girlfriends tomorrow morning, cupcake demo in afternoon, then heading to friends house to order in a talk wedding while the men play guitar

Sunday- Stop by venue, go to bridal show, head up state a little to check out a party bus, FI needs clothes so hopefully squeezing in some shopping!

Im exhausted already!!!
