OVER! It was today & was a huge success. We had over 3000 attend, up from the 2300 at our first event in July! I'm sooooo glad its done though! It's so much planning & organizing & last minute problem solving. For example, yesterday our venue tells me at 5pm that they only have enough table skirting for 1/3 of our tables! Thank goodness I know of 1 rental place that's open late on Saturdays! They were able to rent us the rest of the skirting we needed & have there by 6pm last night! I also made sure the venue picked up the cost of the skirts! Between the 3 running the event I get the mist stressful, problem solving jobs so its a relief for it to be fine, at least for a few weeks (we have another 1 in September). Now my wedding planning can kick into high gear! Yay! At least planning the fair gives me plenty of practice event planning!
