has anyone worked with her before? she is extremely rude and condescending towards me and my family and has truthfully caused the most stress on small meaningless things in regards to planning this wedding. i am just curious if anyone has experienced this with jennifer, or any other coordinators for that matter and has any advice for me. im really trying to keep my calm demeanor and easy going tude i have had for the majority of our engagement

I dealt with her when she was at Talamore. She was nice in person but extremely frustrating over email and since I lived an hour from the venue that was mostly how I needed to communicate! She was unresponsive, unhelpful and not flexible. I was going to request a change to another coordinator and then I got a phone call from someone else that it was her last day. I met with her twice- once was the initial meeting to view the venue and since she was trying to make the sale- she was great! After that, I just saw her at our tasting and she answered some questions for me there and was polite but they were questions I had already emailed her multiple times and got no response... good luck! Oh and she didn't return phone calls much better.

Is she the only coordinator? I would switch if you can!

thanks ladies. this is so frustrating. i am at my wits end. she is the director of sales-which encompasses the wedding coordinator, but there is no one else. we are going to the GM today, ill keep you posted!

i just met with mark mccoll who is one of their event specialist and he was as sweet as can be, if i were you i would call/email him and see if you can work with him. he specializes in weddings and is trully interested in bringing about your vision for your big day. good luck with everything!
