Necklace help please

My bridesmaids have said they'd like me to pick out the jewelry (I am buying it for them). I know there are very mixed feelings about providing jewelry- so just to be clear I am getting them other presents as a thank you. I found two me necklaces below and am not sure which one would look best with the bridesmaids dresses. I like the second necklace better.  Also, I think it will be easier for them to wear that with other outfits after the wedding.

I like the first, especial with that dress. Very cute btw. Plus I think the first would be easier to re-wear.

I like the first one. The 2nd one isn't dressy enough IMO.
