do i pay for this?

i thought about posting this on another board but i'll probably get a faster response here! 

several months ago i told my BMs they can pick their own hair style and go to whatever salong they wanted (because I'm fussy with my hair and don't really like strangers touching it.  plus, their stylist might be cheaper than mine). they all said i can pick the style and asked where i was getting my hair done.  they all decided they wanted it done at my salon as well, which is fine!  it's actually a lot easier that way.  but now i'm not sure if i'm supposed to pay for it!  i didn't make them chose my salon so am i required to pay for their styles?  i know it would be nice to do, but i also gave them the chance to find their own style or do it themselves.

If you gave them the option to do whatever, then I'm sure they understand they should be paying themselves.

okay, thanks ladies.  i figured even if i offered to pay they wouldn't accept.  i actually offered to pay for their second BM dresses (i found ones i liked, had them buy the dresses, but changed my mind a few months later) but they said no.

I'm not paying for my girls' but I gave them an option. I said I'm having X X come do my hair on site. She charges this. Do you want your hair done or not? Just because we needed to plan a schedule of what time to get started. The only people who have never had their hair done by my stylist are my Fmil and Fsil. They both already went for a trial free of charge. She will be doing hair for 6. Me, 3 of 4 BMs and both mothers who's hair is short. My BM not getting her hair done has a shaved cut..the only thing long is her bangs so there wouldn't be much anyone could do.

It sounds like you expect them to get their hair done professionally somewhere. You just didn't specify where. If that's the case, then I think you should pay. If it is their option to get it done or not, then I don't think you have to pay or offer to pay.

I had originally planned to do my own hair when it was still long (I've since cut it and can't stlye it myself).  I told the girls they can do whatever they want and go where ever they want.  the chose to have me pick the styles and come to my salon for it....i will still be prepared to pay just in case.
