So my phone went off that I had a new email. I open it up & a co-worker comes to my office & I get all excited & clap!!! LMAO  He says "umm... did you just clap" I said yes but it was for good reason, I just got my first RSVP & yes ... I'm a geek & literally clapped!

I'm so confused now though lol  The email is showing an email address under name & no email address under email.  I figured out its an Aunt.  But when I go to the RSVP site it shows no one has RSVP'd.  I really hope this isn't going to be a problem.  It has a place for you to put in your first name & last name. Both have to be filled out to RSVP... sooo... why's it giving me an email? & why aren't they showing? ugh anyone else use theknot's free wedding website?

That is so cute! We're doing mail RSVPs so when I get my first RSVP I'll probably rip open the envelope right then and there! LOL.

I've heard horrible things about Knot's free wedding site.  :-(

Awww! Lol, My first RSVP was my sister, and she did it WAY before I even populated the guest list!

I've heard bad things about the guest list manager but not the websites. I'm using the free website to get info out to my guests but I'm going to be tracking RSVPs on my own spreadsheet.

Oh no :-(  I really hope it works.  I didn't order the rsvp cards.  Hopefully it at least sends me emails so I can track those!!!

I'm just doing the website RSVP too, so don't worry! If the person puts in their name incorrectly, the guest list manager will not show up as anybody having RSVP'd. BUT you will get an email with their name! Say if your guest list said "Susan Smith" but she typed in "Sue Smith", the RSVP system won't find her, but she can still send the RSVP and you will just get the email! Make a folder in your email account for these so you can keep track! (Was this confusing? lol) I emailed TK over this stuff not that long ago while I was testing out the system.

And don't feel like a nerd, my MOH and her FI RSVP'd when I was talking to my grandfather and his wife of a year and a half. She was joking around about missing my wedding because she had some high 75th high school picnic or something in TX on the same day and said something about divorcing my grandfather (joking around!) at the same time I opened my RSVP email and started going "yay!!!!" and clapping. lol. It was too perfect timing.
