I just had someone message me on FB that she got my invite and its beautiful, etc etc but then asks me if kids are invited, ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh NO they are NOT, the only kids that will be there are my 2.5 year old nephew who is the ring bearer and my cousins almost 1 year old bc her husband will be away at a wedding in Indiana....i hate rude people who have the audacity to ask questions like that, the inner envelope clearly indicated just her and her husbands name

then i just got an rsvp back with an & Guest and they were invited with one....but ill let this slide since i asked FI if he should get a guest and he said no, his wife died and he wasnt dating anyone, i should have just given him a +1, idk why i didnt, and we already have 4 NO's so it balances out...

i cant wait to see what else happens...

I am trying to prepare for all of this to happen to us as well.  I have been trying to spread the word through family and friends that we just can't have kids but we will see what happens. 

There are several single guests that we have invited so we will see what we will do depending on how many people say no.

So far we have gotten 2 people asking if they can bring someone!  I can't believe the nerve of some people.

So far we've only had one person do this and their son will be 10 months old at the time of the wedding. I told her it was up to her - if it made life easier (especially since they're coming from 2 hours away) they could bring him but if they wanted to get a babysitter that was fine too. They've decided to bring him, which is fine. He's a baby and I don't have to feed him or worry about him running around on the dance floor. So far no toddler questions - fingers crossed.

I know...at my end, people who have been single the entire time I've known them are suddenly in relationships and needing +1s - including one of our groomsmen! I'm hoping that the guest list won't balloon TOO much more...
