So, some people have been asking me for updates on my DIY.  Honestly, since I left, I haven't done much.  I  have been focusing a lot of my time on working with the stylist for our 2nd set of E-pics.  She had great ideas (MegB Design) but it took a lot of work to find everything.  Everything you see that is 80s/Geek/Childhood themed was purchased or dug out of my mom's attic in the last month or so for these.  The candy, the cables, the Nintendo, the rubix cube ottoman - All finds for our big shoot   The McGowan's are absolutely amazing.  I know another April bride is using them as well, so hopefully she shares hers when they are up!
