Invite address question

So...FI and I are inviting a few couples to the wedding who are in a same-sex relationship. They are not "married" but live together and have been together for 10+ years. How do I address their invites? I think on STDs I went less formal and just wrote "FirstName LastName and FirstName LastName". Do I write "Ms. ____ and Ms. ______"? Just something I ran into now.

Also....couple that lives together but not married? Mr. _______ and Ms. ________ on the outer and inner envelopes?

Technically unmarried couples are supposed to be listed on seperate lines

Ie. Jane Smith
     Sally Jones (or John Doe in your opposite sex couple)
    123 Any street

However when they've been together that long it's common-law so I'd address them on the same line, woman first (or alphebetical in the case of a same sex couple).

I generally agree with this.  I am not sure about the whole common law thing.  I know in NY there is no such thing.

I also have a same sex couple attending our wedding.

I addressed it Ms. Kelly Last Name & Ms. Michelle Last Name.
