Invitation Confusion (long)

I bought this really pretty ivory handmade Italian paper with deckled edge a long time ago because I thought it'd be prefect for a simple but elegant invitation. Now, I'm not sure and we definitely don't have it in the budget to buy new ones. So, somehow, I have to make these work. The main invitiation is 4.5x6.75, landscape format. Then there are the response cards that are 3.5x5.25, and then there's a small info card that is 2.75x3.75. The idea was to have the formal invitation, with wording at the end to reference the reception, than have the reception rsvp stuff on the response cards, and church/ reception/ hotel stuff on the info card. But there seems to be so much information to impart that I don't know how to make it all fit without it looking crammed onto the paper.

 And the wording! Ah, the wording! I keep going over and over it and nothing seems to sound or look quite right. We're doing assigned seating with a plated meal and somehow the rsvp needs to have room for people to indicate their name next to their food option. No format I use seems to fit unless I use really tiny font. Not to mention we have 4 dinner options.

Other than fixing the spacing of the bottom line, does that look ok? Is the wording correct? Are there any errors to correct?

As indicated, this would be on a much smaller card. Do you think there would be room for everyone to write their names? What about for invites for more than 4 people?

And what should I include on the info card? Hotel options along with the church time and address with the reception time and address? Or leave off the hotel info (we're not expecting anyone to need it since most people coming from out of town will be staying with family)?

I'd really appreciate any insight and opinions you all may have. I'm sure I'm probably over-thinking it and stressing myself out, but this is the one thing that I've had to put off and not been able to figure out.

Are you physically assigning people to a seat and not a table ? I would just do enough room to denote a number for meals. The mass info is on the invite no need to restate it on the info card. Hotel info and directions if needed are fine for the info card.
