ok so i posted about the screw up with my invites some time earlier this week right?! i told the company i wanted a full refund. they sent me a email saying they gave me  a full refund but instead of refunding my money they ended up charging me again!!! i emailed them telling them they did it was a pending transaction for i think 3 days so i waited for it to go through to my account before i emailed them so as not to make sure it wasnt my banks error. so on thursday i sent them that email. the sent an apology and told me they fixed it and now the money should be in my account (the refund for both charges $696.60) THE MONEY IS STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT! they said to check with my bank if its still not there monday! uggg thats alot of $ for me to be waiting for them to return to me!

Oh my gosh!  I'm so sorry!  You've had such a rough time with your invites!!!  I would tell them waiting is unexceptable and if you do have any overdrafts because of it, they will be responsible for them!

Oh, I would be so mad. That's a lot of money to be waiting on. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. Hugs.

I'd be hella pissed! I sure hope the new invitation company works out for you. And you should write a scathing review for the first company.

Ahh! That totally sucks! I hate those types of situations. I had a mess up with Ebay a year ago because I had changed bank accounts and not my information for my deposits of my sales. They sent it to my bank and the bank put it in someone elses account!

Hopefully you can get this all sorted out and get on with your pretty invites!

I work for a bank; it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days for the money to come back to your account. Stay on top of the company, getting the name of each person you spoke with and if you don't see the money by Tuesday, then go to your bank and tell them you want to file a dispute over the charges and let them deal with the company. Good luck.

thanks - i really didnt know how to handle it when i did have to go to the bank. i am used to the money showing up right away when i make a deposit, even if its a check it shows up as a pending transaction.so it is really freaking me out that its not even listed as a pending transaction and the fact that they messed it up the first time has me worried about them saying they "took care of everything on their part and that i need to talk to the bank" if its not showing up! i must check my account online like 20 times a day!  oh well i guess i just have to wait!
