Lost a diamond today

So today a diamond fell out of my ring and I had to taken in to be repaired, luckily  I found the missing stone and have insurance. I will be without my e ring for 7-10 days. But at least it will be back before the wedding!

they would have replaced it if I hadn't but it made it easier....now my hand looks and feels weird without it!

Where is the ring from? Did you let them know that you're getting married soon so that it will definitely be back? I used to work for Marks & Morgan (same company as Kay's and Jared) and diamond replacement took a little longer. Since you found the stone, they'll probably just send it to their repair shop, but it's when it gets sent off that it can be a nightmare.

oooooomg i'd be terrified if i lost my diamond! mine is a solitaire so it would be pretty hard to lose..but still!   i actually had my ring clened a few months ago and was told a prong was loose and the diamond could have fallen out.
