I just thought I would update you ladies on the crisis' that you've all listened to recently!

1) My mom's restaurant that burned is going to be rebuilt. Thank goodness for great insurance!
2) My horrible BM dresses will be sent back for a full refund since the website was called in to mediate. Bummer is it's going to cost at least $60 to send them back to China....and it's created a month long headache for me. My MOH is going to just handle getting opinions for the new dresses and keep my involvement at a minimum now!
3) My stepdad's surgery went really well yesterday and they think they got all of the cancerous cells! I was pretty much a wreak yesterday. I just hope he's on the road to recovery now!!
4) My FI sent an email to our pastor today asking a few questions and for advice, so that is good for a number of reasons. He is helping me with something I wanted him to do for the wedding, and he's reaching out. I hope he is out of his funk soon and we can get past this terrible week!

I'm glad everything is starting to go better for you. It's funny you mention that you had your FI work with the priest because that is exactly what I did as well this week. Part of it was I wanted him to do something to take off my list of things to work on, but I also get really shy around our priest for some reason and the FI is really good at making jokes and keeping things light. He did it and I was very happy to be able to move forward in that area.

I remember reading your other post about the BM dresses from China and I just put it together that this was you! You really have had a tough time, so now I hope it is only good things coming your way.

You and your FI should go out for a drink after work today - you deserve it!
