I feel totally dumb asking this.  How close to you did your photographer get when he was taking pics?  I think ours stayed at least 10 feet (but usually closer to 15 feet) away from us the whole time. It was only yesterday so I have a while to wait before I can see them and have only seen one teaser. I just hope they aren't all full body shots from far away. I know he has special lenses and stuff but I was just surprised at the distance from us the whole time.

    Ours was about that far until he did a series of head shots... that was a bit closer.  We have a wide variety of ranges in the pictures.

    I think that's the plus to e-pics, if there's something you want/don't like you can see it, and bring it up before the wedding...

    Ok thats what I figured.  I know nothing about photography and have trouble operating my point and shoot. I'm not worried or anything.  I didn't think I cared about engagement pics but its been less than 24 hours and the suspense is killing me.

    Oh I know!  I'm lucky and got all my pics like less than a week later.  I think it was because he canceled on us the morning of our shoot, and we had to postpone it for 2 weeks.  I don't think we ever got blogged actually lol oh well, I love my pictures!

    I think our photographer was about that far away the whole time. He got a handful of great close-ups without us remembering him being super close, so I'm sure yours did, too. :)

    That's about how far ours was too. I haven't gotten ours done either so I'm like you and hopeful it isn't all far away shots but surely not!

    You'll get close ones :) That's the point of different lenses. They can get great close up shots without having to get all up in your business. haha.
