    today i went to the gym at 5:30am, was at work by 7:30am and worked until 7:20pm.

    ended up being stuck at work til 7 and had to go to my parents after to pick up the keys to our PA house (we are taking a weekend getaway ... thankfully!)  by the time i left the vortex of my parents house it was 930 so i skipped working out tonight, and feel like crap for doing so :(
