I just got this Facebook messge from a friend
"
I'm bringing someone with me to the wedding I forgot to tell u
idk who yet tho"
Seriously?
A. The RSVP deadline has come and gone already. YOU did not turn in your RSVP and I had to track you down to find out whether or not you were coming.
B. The invite was addressed to you and only you as you are infamous for bringing strange friends with you to weddings in which they don't belong. This is not some kegger you can invite a buddy to, it is my wedding.
C. You have ditched me numerous times recently (for NWR events, mind you) to go hang out with random men you are trying to "get on." Frankly, I could care less if you didn't come at all and I plan on not talking to you after the wedding.
So for now, I will put on a happy face and tell you politely, no. Due to space constrictions and deadlines you cannot bring a date.
UGH can it be the wedding please?
Re: Seriously?
[QUOTE]Sorry, numbers have been in and can't change. For once, it's nice to be able to blame the venue! ;)

<div>That is EXACTLY what I told her lol. She is a drama queen and still thinks I am very very rude for not letting her bring this mystery date. Oh well, you can't please everyone!!</div>
I have one friend who's changed his date 3 times. Okay, I told him he could bring some one but seriously? 2 times you get ditched? SO glad I don't have to be bombarded with that through fbook! Now, if some one has tried to get in touch with me that I don't talk to regularly I'm not going to know!

What exactly does she think you can do about it though?! Rinse and repeat if she asks again, but then I'd ignore her comments thereafter. If she brings a guest, it looks bad for her when her "date" has no food.
It's all the same thing for non-married people. I never knew all of this before either, but man once you go through it, no way you will add this kind of stress to your friends and family later!
[QUOTE]Ew...people can be such douches.
