I'm frustrated with my venue bringing up a lot of rules or added costs this late in the game. At our final walk through, she said you can bring a dvd of photos in and we will play them on the tvs in the bar lounge for the whole night....fast forward to the statement, that is an extra $25....seriously to put in a dvd?!
Then it was brought up how many long rectangular tables would need to be set up for things and how they only have dark brown linens for them. I confirmed that because honestly I don't want to pay more for like 8 tables, and then she told us that she highly recommends that we get tablecloths for the high top tables in the lounge. Am I crazy that these specifics might have been nice to know earlier. That when they say you will have to rent linens for the dinner tables, that really includes every other table in the facility too. I don't even mean when we signed the contract, but maybe more than 11 days before our wedding when I already had to contact the linen rental place. These f'ing costs are pissing me off!
