A month or so (maybe more) we had our tasting for our wedding and have been stalling because we liked 2 different seafood choices. I loved the scrod with lemon wine sauce and he loved the scalloped and crab stuffed sole. We flipped a coin and he won!! (dang it). well we are working on invitations today and has said that we can choose scrod if I do xyz things!!
Now we need to choose what chicken option to pair with it. None of them WOWed us, that is why I am asking opinions.
Which one woulld you be mostly like to pick if you picked chicken?
Chicken Marsala with fresh mushrooms and marsala wine
Chicken Picata with Lemon Wine Sauce and Capers
Chicken Alexander stuffed with roasted red peppers, spinach, and smoked gouda
We also will have sliced sirloin of beef with Au Jus plus a vegartian option.
EDIT: craB not craP, I guess you can see how much I hated that sole!
