My finger is naked :(

I know it's only until tomorrow (and I'll probably even get it back tonight) but the jeweller has my ring to take a mould to start making my wedding band. My hand feels wrong!

Mine too! Except I won't get mine back for several weeks.   I bought a ring to put on that finger so I don't feel as weird.

Ugh!  I have to leave mine with the jeweler for 10 days when they make my band, and I've been continuously putting it off because I do NOT want to be without it!  I'm pretty sure I'm going to get a cheapo ring to wear in its place while I'm ring-less...

I can't believe all these places that keep your rings for so long. Maybe because I'm using an independent jeweller with a goldsmith on site is why they only need it for a day?

If I had to wait as long as you ladies I'd buy a fake ring too.

Mine has gone out 3 times to get re plated each time for 2-3 weeks  i bought a cheap one from target to wear when it goes out lol

I'm with ya there. Like I said the other day I'll be without mine for 3 weeks. I dug out the promise ring FI gave me 6 years ago and put it on so I didnt feel so naked

Awww when I had to leave my ring to be resized it totally broke my heart, especially considering it had only been mine for a week.
