Ceremony programs?

Anyone here yet? Just wondering how many your having printed. I think were gonna have about 80 guests (as soon as everyone RSVP.s) How many to have printed 50? Usually one per couple im guessing. I just dont want to be short. Or do I print one per guest? And one for us for the scrap book of course:)

  • Good Question.  I think I will have 120 printed, 1 for each couple and 15 extras (incase mom takes 5 and puts them in her purse.) You know how they are

  • I had not planned on programs. Then felt I should, it's my only 'idea' for how to recognize FI's son (he won't be there -he is in Basic Training). Then I decided I don't know how (I'm in a panic about the entire order of events and ceremon right now!). Now I am back to 'should'. If I do, I will probably print my own, and anticipate 90% of positive RSVPs

    I haven't started on my programs yet as we haven't picked out all pieces of our ceremony nor have we asked people to do parts yet.  We have started asking people, just not everyone.  Anyhow...I was wondering the same thing.  We may be having around 280 people so I was thinking of maybe printing 150-160 programs.  It really is a shame though because of the sheer amount of paper.  Since we are having a long, Catholic wedding, I think people like seeing how much of the ceremony is left!  I will just make peace with knowing I will recycyle the programs that are left/returned.

  • We invited 271 people and i only did about 80 programs, i figured if i sent out 140 invites, i would make about half the amount of programs, 1 per couple and not everyone would be attending the church ceremony...HTH!
  • WE printed ours simple from vista print... and ordrerd 50 for like 10$...
    we have 100 coming so 50 should be more than enough we figure.
  • We invited 240 guests and printed 160 programs from wedding paper divas.  I'm waiting on the email proof, but, so far, so good. The delivery date is about a month before the wedding.  Seeing everything in print is getting me choked up.  :)

  • I have one program per guest.  I realize that not everyone will take one, but I figure I will have a few left for scrapbooking.  :)

  • We invited about 260 people, but we're expecting between 150-170.  I made 150 programs, and I'm telling my ushers to give 1 per couple if they start to run short.  I have the outside of my programs done, I just need to confirm the music choices and the order of the ceremony before I write the inner pages.

  • I haven't made my programs yet.  I'll probably print them when I have a better idea of how many people will be coming.  When I do print them, I think I'll print .8 of our total attendance (outside of the wedding party) and make sure I have a basket for recycling at the back of the church when people leave.

    We're planning on 100 people coming, I'll be making about 60 programs. Still need to plan the ceremony with the officiant but I'm SO excited with what I have so far Smile
