DIY wire table number holders. Anyone made these?

I saw these on etsy for $5 each. I'm thinking I could probably make them, but I don't know what tools I would need. Any jewelry makers that might have insight into this? Anyone made these themselves?

    You should just need pillars to bend the wire. Needlenose for the tight curves.   I would go a higher gauge wire than typical jewelry making.....maybe look at the DIY board and find out the gauge people are using for their wedding hangers.  It look comparable.

    that looks like 12 gauge wire which I am currently struggling with! should be thick enough, you can find it in the floral section of the craft stores.
