Vent: Tuxedo Issues (Small in the scheme of life, but still annoying!)

I know that this is a relatively minor glitch, but only one of the tuxedos from JoS. A. Bank has been right so far!  We have had 1 shirt not fit, 1 pants too long, 1 pair of shoes falling apart, 1 lied to about the status of his tux, and FI's pants looked horrible.  We're talking the crotch of the pants hitting his knees and the pants looking huge in the thighs.  They told us that if a pair with a shorter inseam didn't work or a smaller size (which won't fit his waist) there is nothing they can do!  Eeek!  I mean I get that your options might be limited, but I was jus shocked that the manager would say something like that at all.  Scariest part is that this has happened at 3 seperate locations.  We have 4 still to be picked up.  I am just anxious now that the guys are not going to look right.

Just amazed at the customer service.  We chose them after my MOH had a horrible experience at Men's Warehouse.

I feel for you!  We also chose Jos. A. Bank because we've had good experiences with them in the past.  However, the first store we went to mucked everything up. They misentered my nephew's measurements AND told my FI he didn't need to be remeasured so we "should just leave and stop worrying".  Um, no.

Luckily we went to another location in our city and had a much better experience. My nephew's tux is now perfert and FI was remeasured.  We are good to go and they'll have the tuxes in the Thursday before the wedding.

Long story short, cajita, I think the customer service all depends on the store, but it sounds like you giot a bum deal. I hope everything works out for you!
