I have an appointment at Hannelore's and I'm a little nervous, considering what I've heard about them.  I'm not skinny (size 12), but I also have a large budget.   Am I still going to get attitude?

    You should be fine; my cousin got her gown there 7 years ago and she was your size or slightly larger with a hefty budget.  She was treated VERY well.

    Try going to Bridal Images in Rockville  MD
    Tons of selections, great customer service and one on one attentions with very large elegant private rooms.  Quality of gowns are 1st rate and prices pretty good too.   We were happy here, check it out.

    I have no idea why Hannelore's has the reputation for being snooty.  It was marvelous!  I found my exquisite, perfect gown and could not be happier.  I was worried for nothing.

    I think it just depends on your consultant and sometimes the day that you go (slower days = more attention) -- that's typically the case with every bridal salon.
