Caterers able to make Persian food

This may be a long shot, but I want to know if someone knows of a catering company that knows how to make Persian food.  I plan on having Persian as well as 'American' food during my reception and it would be easier to start looking for caterers if I knew of some that were able to make both types of food.

    I googled the phrase: "persian food catering washington, dc" and got a mix of hits (restaurants that cater, some that don't, catering companies, etc.).  Perhaps you can start with that kind of search and, once you narrow it down, check out your top choices on Wedding Wire or Washingtonian Magazine.

    If it were me, I'd go to my favorite 3 restaurants that serve Persian food and ask if they cater.  If so, those are good places to start.  If not, ask them who they'd use for their wedding.  You'll hit the jackpot!

    Try Saint Germain catering in Vienna,
    or Shamshiry resturant in Vienna,
    Darya Kabob in Sterling, VA
    Friends Kabob, Vienna, VA
    Kabob Bazar, I think they have one in MD somewhere, and I know they have one in Arlington.   Goodluck!
