Irish pipers or pipe bands-DC

I would like an Irish piper, not a Scottish piper, outside the church before the wedding and to do the procession and recessional. I have emailed the local St. Patrick's Day parade and police/firefighter pipe bands without a responds. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks so much!

    My FH is from County  Offaly in Ireland, and I actually bookmarked this site to see if they might do something for us.  Haven't asked about prices yet though.  If you find out pls let us know.

    McLean high school's band used to have bagpipers- not sure if they still do. I know their band is one of the top in the country and students sometimes play weddings and special events. Would be cheaper too since they aren't professionals.
