DJ Recomendations

Does anyone have a recommendation for a DJ in the DC Area?  I want an DJ who will primarily R&B music, if that matters.  Is there a good, affordable DJ that anyone has used or is using?

    I am using Kurtis Cross. I also saw him 2 other times (by chance) and liked him.

    We're using Jake Ritchie w/Dream Day DJs, he has great reviews on weddingwire.com and we liked him when we met.  Everything he does is one flat rate, no extra charge for equipment you want to use or anything.  We're having the ceremony in a different location than the reception (same building) and he's providing music for both, no extra charge.

    I met with DJ Birdman. DJBIRDMAN.net  
    He was very knowledgeable  and gave me a few references. $600 for 4 hours was his rate. We still haven't decided as we are still looking around. Good Luck!

    I used Jack Ladd with Davis Deejays.  They were running a deal on my wedding date ($579 for a top-quality DJ for five hours!), so I went with them.  Amazing!  Jack is a quieter DJ though, but they have lots of others to choose from.  Everyone danced the whole afternoon!

    Sorry for the response delay.  He's a little bit more expensive than I had hoped but I knew from the start that I wanted to go all-out for DJ and photography.  I can't remember how much right now, I'm at work and the paperwork is at home but I will look and get back with you again.  :)
