Tipping the wedding planner

We have used a full-service planner from one of the more expensive companies in town.  She is not the owner, but one of the junior coordinators (so to speak).  What are people doing in terms of tipping planners and DOCs?

    I gave our DOC $100 and the hotel coordinator $50 and a Tiffany bracelet.

    i gave each of my wedding planners $100 (2) but nothing to the event coordinator from the hotel (she did an awful job).
