Dress Alteration recommendations

Hi, I bought my dress off the rack - it doesn't need a huge amount of alteration - it needs to be hemmed and taken in very slightly in the bodice area. Can anyone recommend a seamstress - some of the prices in the dress shops seem kind of high. Thanks!

My seamstress is in Manassas. I had to get a steamed, bustled and my dress hemmed and it was all for 20 bucks!! Email me and let me know if you want her number.
