Vegetarian Catering that's Meat-Eater Friendly

Can anyone recommend a caterer with delicious non-meat options?  We are debating having an entirely vegetarian wedding to honor my family's preferences, and I want to make sure we come up with something tasty and filling enough that the carnivores won't be scratching their heads and/or starving.  In other words, I need a caterer that understands vegetarian food isn't just rice and vegetables.

Have you thought about Indian or Mexican food?

I would think going either Mexican or Italian (or Indian) would be a good way to have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options without it being really obvious. And both would probably be cheaper than a traditional caterer.
