Tailor/Seamstress

Hi All,I'm hoping you guys can help me.  I just bought my wedding dress at davids bridal and LOVE it.  The only thing is that it needs a fair amount of alterations.  Because my top is a size 4 and bottom about a 6 I had to order it in a size 6 and have the top tailored down.  I also need a hem taken and a bustle.  I feel like Davids is a little overpriced for alterations (120 for hem alone) so I am looking for a good reasonably priced tailor or seamstress.  Is there anyone you'd suggest?

    I dont know how far this would be for you, but Tang's alterations in Manassas is really good.

    I used Angie Cavallaro in Fairfax (aka Angie the Seamstress).  She works out of her home, so I thought her prices were incredibly reasonable.  Wedding gowns is her thing, so she is a real pro when it comes to moving beading or other decorations on a gown.  My experience was great.  She did exactly what she said she was going to do in the time she promised.  Truly a stress-free experience.Her phone number is 703-830-0634
