Hannelore's for BM dresses?

Has anyone shopped there for bridesmaid dresses?  Good or bad experience?  I like the looks of the Jenny Yoo dresses online and this seems to be the only local store that carries them. Thanks!

I got my bridesmaids dresses from there (Jenny Yoo as well) .  I went there solely b/c they have trunk shows where I could get a discount on the dresses.  With that being said, it took forever for a sales lady to help me with my ordering. She was more preoccupied closing the sale with the bride while I waited for 20 minutes instead of finding someone else to help me that was available.  On the plus side, the dresses came in on schedule and the order was correct so no issues there.  One of my girls was having the dress shipped to her since she lives in NC and after she paid via phone the dress was never shipped to her after 2 weeks so she had to call and get them to send it and for my other girl, she paid via phone and i was supposed to pick it up but they never processed her payment.  So with that being said, I think you'll be fine going there, especially b/c there are limited stores that carry their dresses but you just need to follow up on everything.  Hope that helps!

I'm considering Lazaro for my BM dresses and Hannelore's is one of the few local salons that carries the line too. However, i went there a few months ago to look for a wedding dress and the service was...I can't say it was TERRIBLE but my consultant was borderline rude and didn't crack a smile until I was almost sold on buying a particular dress. The service from that day is making me reconsider other BM dresses or trying to find another salon that carries the designer. I really don't want to do business with a company that is all about the sale and little else. Anyway, I know they have a huge selection of dresses and if you're looking for a particular designer that only they carry, I'm sure they'll take care of you. Just be prepared to possibly receive less than stellar customer service.

My sister got her bridesmaid dresses there and I plan to get mine from there, but we both also purchased our dresses from there, which can make a difference in the service you recieve. With that said, Ashlynn, the bridemaid dept. manager is a very sweet girl and I am sure would be available to assist you. I received an email from her about a month back regarding upcoming trunk shows and here is what she said abut Jenny Yoo. "Jenny Yoo again in January but we receiving some of her new collection before then!"

fchan1...do you remember the consultant's name?  I ask, because I stopped by there this weekend just to take a look to see if they had the dresses I wanted to try on.  There was one consultant there who was somewhat pressuring me to make a purchase.  She didn't seem to care that I said I wouldn't step foot into a dress without my mother there.  She was also a little pushy in terms of what I should wear.  Possibly she thought she was helpful, but mostly she was off-putting.  I do have an appointment at the end of November there and now I am little worried about having a salesperson rather than a consultant helping me.  I actually hope to request that person NOT help me at all.
