We hired ING limo.  24 passenger van/bus, 4 hours total price (incl tax and tip) $380.  We are not having them take guests, but rather all the ladies in the bridal party to the ceremony and then the entire wedding party to the reception.  but I am sure there is no difference if you were to use them for shuttling guests.

I called Reston Limo http://www.restonlimo.com/ about a month ago and they offer a 33 passenger bus for $375/4 hours.  They have a ton of shuttles so check them out!

Lyss5782 - How many guests are you inviting and how many shuttles do you think you'll hire?  I'm hoping to have around 150 guests and we were thinking of getting shuttles from the hotel (which is also the reception site) to the church since a lot of people will be from out of town and the church is a bit hard to find.  But I'm lost on how many / what size shuttle to get.  Any thoughts would be appreciated. TIA!

I have no idea!  My plan is to have the shuttle pick up at the hotel and take them to ceremony...then back to hotel while we do our pics.  Then from hotel to reception and then back again.  I'm thinking Ill have around 150 guests as well but not all will use the shuttle/be at hotel, Im sure.  Right???? :)

That's a good point - I doubt all will take the shuttle.  I was talking to a colleague of mine yesterday and she said she had 80-100 guests I think and hired 2 30+ passenger shuttles to rotate.  While one was dropping guests off at the church the other was at the hotel picking people up.
