Crystal City Marriott or Ft. Myer Officer's Club

Hi, ladies!  I was wondering if anyone is using or knows anyone who has used the Crystal City Marriott or the Ft. Myer Officer's Club for a reception venue.  We're interested in both for our Aug. 21 wedding. Thanks!

    I've been to a wedding at the Crystal City Marriott.  It was a beautiful wedding!  Unfortunately I don't have details as I was just a guest, but the venue was very nice and she had a very lovely wedding.

    We are getting married at and using Ft. Myer Offcier's Club for our wedding May 15, 2010. We love it there but it has special meaning for us. The Koran Room is beautiful and they have just painted and put in new carpet. They also hold many embassy and special events so it is great place for a party. Reasonable too, by DC standards. I am not sure of the price is the same for military v. non-military. They also do everything in house or via contractors (food, liquor, music, cake, linens) so it makes wedding planning very easy and stress free.
