    i wasn't sure what estate jeweler meant so i did a google search for "estate jeweler virginia" and here's the first one that came up:


    FI got my engagement ring from Finks Jewelers at dulles town center and we are also getting our wedding bands there. they specialize more in modern looks, but they have fantastic customer service and the prices are decent.
