Friday poll: Are you changing your last name?

A recent post sparked a thought for me... what are the rest of you girls doing with your last name after the wedding?  When I was younger, I always just assumed I'd take my groom's name and that would be that.  Now that it's actually real, I'm a little sad to see mine go.  I'm considering keeping it as a middle name.

What about you guys?  Complete change?  Hyphenate?  Not changing at all?

I'm changing my last name.  There are plenty of things I considered when making that choice, but I feel lucky that ALL my deciding factors pointed me in the same direction.

My first, my middle, his last - I'm super excited because I'm going from an 8 letter last name to a 4 letter last name :)

I am the last person on my side of the family with my last name (my dad had only one brother and he had two girls as well)!! So I want to keep my name some how
so its my first my last as a middle and his last also I plan on if we have kids at least one of them getting it as a middle name!
    Happy... that is all!

I'm dumping my last name totally and taking his.  I like my middle name it's unique so I didn't want to ditch it and I feel hyphenating makes everything seems so long.  Also I'm using this as an opportunity to ditch one of my middle names going from 4 names (imagine if I hypenated) down to just a first, middle and last name.

I didn't change my name with either my first marriage or my second.  For both professional and personal reasons, I'm very glad I didn't.

I did first, maiden, his last. I dropped my middle name. I never really liked it anyway. My parents were sad to see it go, but whatever. Who uses a middle name anyway?

FWIW, when my sister got married 7 mos later, she did the same thing.
