Reviews for the Palm or Raspberry Falls?

Hello!  I am new to the boards and we are just starting our planning.  We've found a few places in the DC area that we are interested in; however few reviews for them re: weddings or special events.  I was curious if anyone had any information on the Palm (in Tysons) or Raspberry Falls (in Leesburg).

I am not familiar with either of those but Cherry Blossom Banquet Hall is wonderful in Sterling, VA!
