Recommendation for Alterations in DC area

I need to get my wedding dress altered very quickly in the DC area!  I did not order from a local store so I am trying to find another seamstress not affiliated with a store. I am getting married in 4 weeks so I am starting to panic!

I'd go with either Estee Livioco or Angie Cavallaro.  We used Estee, who did a wonderful job and is also incredibly sweet.  We referred my daughter-in-law to her, and she also had a great experience.  Here is a link to an article about Estee and Angie, which has contact info for both.
