HELP hair and makeup

Is there anyone in DC that does both hair and makeup? Also, the make up quotes I've been getting run in the $80 range for bridesmaids... that seems high to me. 

Any recommendations would be awesome! October 9 is coming up fast!

recommend my MUA and fantastic friend, Paula Gordley. she has does hair and makeup and has worked fashion shows, inaugural events, movies, etc. i'm not sure what her rates are but feel free to call or email her.
