Has anyone used Kelley Woods Makeup or Hair by Jewels?

I was just wondering if anyone has used either of these vendors and could speak to their reliability and how satisfied you were?

I need to list my vendor reviews for our recent wedding (yay, we are married...exhausted, but happy!), but I couldn't resist replying to your post. 

I used Hair by Jewels after the person I had originally reached out to became unexpectedly unavailable.  Well, thank God for unanswered prayers because Julie Jackson was wonderful, less expensive and everyone loved their hair.  She can do a fierce blowout, lovely updos or --in the case of my mom-- an elegant curling iron/blowdry.  On top of that, Julie is a sweetheart, a professional and timely.  She was the first vendor in the morning, was friendly and efficient.  We loved her.  In other words, I highly recommend.  I may even learn how to drive just so I can get my hair cut by her.  Or just figure out if there is any public transportation close to her .

VickyFlor - Glad you used Hair by Jewels! 

I did too, LOVE HER, if she weren't twice the distance of my regular hair dresser I would probably make the switch as well.  She is awesome and seriously knows hair.  Everyone looked amazing and I have never loved my hair more.

A million thank yous for your kind emails and support.  Your advice was so on with hair (Julie was fab), finding a make up person (I found an amazing person) and just helping me keep my head together.  Many hugs!
