Hi everyone,
I need to have some basic alterations done on my wedding gown. I have seen several recommendations for Angie on this board, but unfortunately I live in the district just north of Georgetown and don't own a car, so I don't think I can make it out to her in Fairfax!
I am hoping to find someone who is metro accessible (or at least cab accessible), but won't charge me a fortune to have my dress altered. I have heard that this is a very pricey area for alterations, but I would love to keep it in the $200-250 range if possible! I just need the side seams taken in, the shoulder strap narrowed (one-shoulder gown), and perhaps a hem, and there is no beading to contend with.
