Hi ladies,
I am asking this for a friend who's getting married this October. She is looking for hair and makeup artists who will come to her wedding site in the Leesburg area (technically, she's getting married in Lovettsville). She wants someone who has a relaxed style and won't give her pageant hair. I live in this area but I didn't get married here, so I'm no help when it comes to vendors.
