Where to have rings appraised in Montgomery County?

Hi,

I need to have my rings appraised for the insurance company and have no idea where to go.  Does anyone have any suggestions for Montgomery County?  A Rockville, Bethesda, or Silver Spring location would be great.  TIA!!

    Hi. I go to J&R jewelers in Gaithersburg. They are in a shady shopping center (across from IHOP on 355), but they are awesome people. My Mom has been going there for years, I just wish they would relocate their shop. Anyways, Richie is the owner and he is a great guy. He appraised my rings. It only takes him a little while, and he only charges like $15 or less. He will give you 2 copies of the appraisal, one for your insurance company and one for your records. They don't have a website, here is their info: 211 North Frederick Road
