i'm LindseyJW and i was a knottie here 8 years ago. i'm also a hypnotherapist, reiki practitioner and i teach hypnobirthing in Old Town.
my husband's advice has always been sought after by friends and family who are experiencing challenges in their relationships - whether they are romantic, familial or platonic friendships. he has finally decided to use his knowledge, sympathetic ear, and experience to help others in a more structured way.
he's designing a series of workships for couples! it will be designed similar to PAIRS but a much shorter series (4-5 weeks). topics will include communication skills, fair fighting, intimacy and much more.
i thought i'd post here to see what thoughts you ladies had.
