Gift Ides for Shower Hostesses?

Hi All -
My bridesmaids are throwing me a shower this coming weekend and I'm drawing blanks on what to get them as "Thank You's".  Any ideas?  Also, when is the best time to give them the gifts?  After the shower?  TIA!!

    My sister-in law gave us all wine glasses that had our self portrait painted on them in a cartoonish way.  I also think it had our name in the bottom. It was cute and I use it at home when I am having a glass or two by myself.  She gave us the gifts after she finished opening gifts.

    I was probably planning to do a bath and body works kit or a nice bouquet of flowers.

    Although, FWIW SIL is throwing mine so I'm not putting a TON of thought into it.

    I think I am going to wait until the rehearsal dinner and give them all a bunch of goodies-so far I am thinking a bathrobe, flip flops, and a candle, maybe something else...

    Thanks everyone for the help!  I think I'm going to go with a "shower" theme for the gifts - it just makes sense.  I'll probably hit Bath & Body works and maybe try to find a bathrobe or something.
